Sharon M. Apodaca
Ms. Apodaca received her law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2000, where she served as Associate Editor of the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. She received her undergraduate degree in Sociology in 1996 from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with high honors distinction.
Since becoming an associate with Bright and Brown in 2001, Ms. Apodaca has largely been involved in complex civil litigation matters. She has assisted clients in a variety of environmental matters involving both state and federal statutes and regulations, as well as common law causes of action. She has also been involved in oil and gas related litigation and transactions, participating in negotiating and drafting surface access agreements, oil and gas facilities agreements, and unit operating agreements.
